Strengthening community through exercise – our participation in the 3 Towers Run

Running, laughing, sticking together – at Beltz Grafische Betriebe in Bad Langensalza, it’s not just what happens inside the company that counts, but also how we work together outside the workplace. That’s why we were at the start of the 3 Towers Run in Bad Langensalza in 2025 with full vigor. A sporting highlight in the heart of our home region – right on our doorstep. Not just a welcome change for us, but a real statement: we are rooted in the region, we are on the move together and we live our team spirit at all levels.

The 3 Towers Run in Bad Langensalza

The 3 Türme Lauf, officially known as the TMP 3 Türme Lauf, took place for the 12th time in Bad Langensalza on Sunday, May 4, 2025. Once again, over 1,000 participants were expected to complete the various routes – a real regional sporting highlight.

The start and finish are centrally located at the Marktkirche. The day begins with the 1 km school run (start at 9:30 am), followed by the bambini run (500 m) at 10:45 am. The main distances start at around 11:30 am: a 12.5 km run with official timekeeping, immediately followed by the 5 km race or 5 km Nordic walking and the 3.5 km fun run – the latter without timekeeping. There is something for every age group.

Including entry fees of between €5 (everyone) and €15 (main races), all starters not only receive a personalized start number and medal, but also refreshments along the way and at the finish line. Admission to city attractions such as the themed gardens and Rumpelburg is also included.

The routes lead past the historic towers, through the old town and green paths, with cobblestones and asphalt – varied and scenic. For families, the school run and Bambini run offer a special community experience.

This makes the 3 Türme Lauf a festival for young and old – sporty, unifying and deeply rooted in the region.
