Sustainability

No employees under the age of 15 are employed. No person under the age of 18 is employed in hazardous or heavy work, unless it is training under approved national laws and regulations.
Persons between the ages of 13 and 15 are only permitted to do light work and the employment does not interfere with their schooling, nor is it harmful to their health or development. In particular, where children are subject to compulsory education, they only work outside school hours during normal working hours. The certificate holder prohibits the worst forms of child labor.

• Withholding of wages/including the payment of labor fees and/or the payment
  of a deposit to take up employment
• Restriction of the employee’s mobility/mobility
• Withholding of passport and/or identity documents
• Threat of denunciation to the authorities
• Employment relationships are voluntary and based on mutual consent, without threat of punishment.

• Employees may establish or join employee organizations of their own choice.
• The certificate holder (and any affiliated sites in Germany) respects the full freedom of employee organizations to draw up their own statutes and rules.
• We respect the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining. Employees are not discriminated against or penalized for exercising these rights.
• We will negotiate in good faith with duly constituted employee organizations and/or duly elected representatives and, where appropriate, use our best efforts to conclude a collective bargaining agreement.
• Collective agreements are implemented where they exist.
