Change of management at Beltz Grafische Betriebe

There was a change in management at Beltz Grafische Betriebe in Bad Langensalza at the beginning of March 2026. Max Herrmann has taken over the management of the company, succeeding Marianne Rübelmann. The change in management had already been gradually prepared in the past and marks a new chapter in a company that has stood for high-quality book production and printing for many years.

Generational change in the management

With the change in management, Max Herrmann takes over the management of Beltz Grafische Betriebe. He has been with the company for many years and has been closely involved in the central processes as an authorized signatory since 2021. In this role, he has assumed responsibility in various areas and actively supported the development of the site in Bad Langensalza.

The transition to management is therefore based on a solid foundation. He is familiar with existing processes, structures and working methods, as well as the requirements from production and customer projects. For the company, this means continuity in management and a seamless continuation of current issues.

Marianne Rübelmann, who has been involved in the management of Beltz Grafische Betriebe for many years, is handing over responsibility at this time. Under her leadership, key areas of production were developed further and the company’s position in the market was consolidated.

With the change, the company’s direction remains reliable. At the same time, the new role opens up the opportunity to continue existing developments and adapt them to future requirements.

Beltz Grafische Betriebe as part of a family business

Beltz Grafische Betriebe is part of a company whose roots go back to the 19th century. The Beltz Group has developed over generations and is still family-run today. This continuity is reflected not only in the company’s orientation, but also in the way we work together and our long-term thinking.

The location in Bad Langensalza stands for the combination of tradition and modern book production. A wide variety of projects are realized here, from classic book productions to individually designed editions. At the same time, the understanding of quality, reliability and precision craftsmanship has been maintained over the years.

The current change in management fits in with this development. With Max Herrmann, the seventh generation is taking over responsibility in the company. As Marianne Rübelmann’s son, he continues the family-oriented management of the company and continues along the same path.

The change does not represent a break, but rather continuity. Existing structures will be retained while the company continues to develop – supported by an environment that has been geared towards long-term cooperation and sustainable development for many years.

A change with perspective

The change in management marks the start of a new chapter at Beltz Grafische Betriebe. We wish Max Herrmann all the best and a successful start in his new role as Managing Director.
