Prof. Dr. François Ledermann is Professor Emeritus of the History of Medicine and Pharmacy at the University of Bern, author of numerous works and President of the Historical Library of Swiss Pharmacy Foundation. His new work“The Historical Library of Swiss Pharmacy” is the fruit of a centuries-old tradition of collecting pharmaceutical works. It provides researchers with thousands of books and documents relating to the past of Swiss pharmacy.
