Who is behind Beltz Grafische Betriebe? Today we would like to give you a little insight behind the scenes of our company and introduce some of our team. Over the past few weeks, we have conducted numerous interviews with employees and made exciting videos that we would like to share with you.

We would like to introduce you to three of our employees in this blog article: Falko Köhler, Maik Junghans and Martina Weiß answer exciting questions about their jobs at Beltz Grafische Betriebe. They all have one thing in common: their many years of service. Since the 1990s, their daily work has ensured the progress of our company and they have been able to acquire a wide range of knowledge over the years. They have developed into specialists in the printing industry – each in their own field – and ensure, among other things, that our trainees develop into qualified junior staff.

With their expertise, they keep our business running day in, day out and ensure that our production runs smoothly and that our end products are of the highest quality. A brief introduction to our team

Falko Köhler in an employee interview: part of Beltz for over 27 years

Since joining the team in 1996, Falko Köhler has been responsible for the training of our junior staff, among other things. Thanks to his many years of experience, he knows all the tricks of the trade and can provide our trainees with a broad basis of know-how with his in-depth knowledge. He challenges and encourages them with all their strengths and weaknesses and thus ensures that they develop into independent and responsible specialists.

Falko Köhler particularly appreciates the wide variety of products offered by Beltz Grafische Betriebe. In the employee interview, he also explains which skills his job requires in particular.

Maik Junghans in an employee interview: The Beltz family tradition?

Maik Junghans has also been with the team for a similar length of time to Falko Köhler, with 25 years of service. He successfully completed his apprenticeship in our company – and has remained with us to this day. During his career, he has worked in various areas, from shift supervisor to his current position as dispatcher.

Maik Junghans became aware of Beltz through family members who were already working for us. His interest in the printing industry was awakened early on and was further strengthened by various internships. The family-like corporate culture and the wide range of activities make the job so exciting for him.

Martina Weiß in an employee interview: extensive knowledge thanks to many years of experience

Martina Weiß has been working at Beltz Grafische Betriebe since 1999 and has continued to develop since then. Starting in production, then working in dispatch for 12 years and now working on the laminating machine in digital printing, she was able to acquire a broad knowledge of all aspects of book production.

Martina Weiß particularly appreciates her young, dynamic team, with whom she enjoys working every day. She also likes the employer’s social attitude and the wide range of opportunities for further training.

Employees who have been with the company for many years show us time and again that we are an important employer in the region. We structure our working conditions flexibly and in an employee-oriented manner and offer our employees various opportunities for further training and development.

We are regularly looking for qualified reinforcement for our team. We offer positions for trained specialists as well as for interested career changers and also train several apprentices in various professions every year.
