The Night of Careers – a must for the exciting phase of career orientation
The first Night of Professions in March 2023 was a complete success. The organizers would like to build on this and have scheduled a second event for the end of October. Much will remain the same, much will change. Read here what you can look forward to!
How does the Night of the Professions work?
At the Night of Professions in October, 11 companies will welcome you to their respective locations in Bad Langensalza. They gain valuable insights behind the scenes and into the day-to-day work of the companies and can make their first important contacts. Each company organizes the event independently on its own premises. This means that you can expect informative guided tours, interactive workshops and impressive demonstrations at Beltz Grafische Betriebe and the other participating companies. Discover the different facets of the professional world and gain valuable impressions for your future career.
How big are the companies? How do you work in each case? Which corporate culture is cultivated? Which activities are carried out and how? What apprenticeships are on offer and what does the training look like? These questions and many more will be answered by employees and managers of the companies. The stories of the trainees are particularly exciting – because they are right at the forefront and can give you first-hand information. And perhaps they will give you THE decisive insights for your successful career orientation.
How do I take part in the event?
It’s worth coming by! Participation in the event is free of charge. For better planning, please register in advance. This can be done quickly and easily via the Night of the Professions website. This allows us to prepare the kilos of food and ensure that none of the participants go hungry.

Two free shuttle buses are available for a stress-free journey to the participating companies. These connect all locations and allow you to explore all the highlights of the event. The experienced guides on board the buses are always ready to help you with information and coordination so that you don’t miss any of the exciting program points. So nothing stands in the way of successful career guidance!
The large tent as a contact point for all your questions
During the Night of Professions, the large tent is the central point of contact. All participating companies, including Beltz Grafische Betriebe, will be presenting themselves at their own information stands, giving you another opportunity to ask your questions and gather valuable information.

You don’t have to stay hungry while you explore the world of professions. Free food will be available in the large tent so that you can enjoy all the companies’ offers refreshed and full of energy. Come along to the tent and enjoy good food and good conversation.

🎶 Live music with school bands: A special new feature is the live music, with three talented school bands performing in the big tent. These not only promise a good atmosphere, but also attract more visitors who are inspired by the musical performances.
